I'm wondering if it's a problem with the seals specifically or with the glue applied to the windshield
Here is a video of mine where you can listen to the sound of the wind at 70-80 km/h

I'm dropping my car off at my garage to have the four door trims containing the window seal replaced.I don't think these could be the cause of the wind noise that comes distinctly from the A-pillar area. They will also check the door tolerances for me to make adjustments.I will point out to him the solution adopted by the dealer of using insulation under the two windshield moldings.Could it be that the two moldings are not sealing properly and are causing the noise?

The problem is caused by a design flaw in the rear trunk hinge. It's a known defect, and there's a technical bulletin about it.
Last time I took my car to the shop to have the BSRF replaced and this annoying problem fixed. The shop was very helpful. The problem is that they encountered poor communication from technical support, which sent them the bulletin in German...They hadn't translated the text yet, and the images provided to help with the problem weren't exactly clear. They kept the car for 3 days to fix the noise and another 2 for the BSRF antenna.I previously left the car to him due to paint problems on the black roof (technical bulletin)...I don't know what it could be due to but it's evident that there is very little quality control. The goodwill on the part of the workshop is certainly very positive, but having to go every 5 or 6 months to solve a trivial problem is unthinkable...We have had Opel at home since 1990 and this is the very first time something like this has happened to me, yet I bought a model produced in May 2023, after the launch had taken place some time ago.I hoped that the defects of youth would thus disappear.I distinctly remember the shop manager arguing with the technical support team, saying: you're asking us to do welding on a new vehicle!

I also had an annoying noise coming from the trunk. I isolated the source and realized it was coming from the roof. At Opel they know that there is a design flaw in the hinge that holds the Hood .This hinge is not fixed well and causes this annoying noise You will need to take the car to the workshop and report the existence of a technical bulletin regarding it.The workshop will have to dismantle the headliner and proceed with welding.

Removing the two strips is very simple: just remove the small cap visible at the bottom, where the front hood is, and unscrew the Torx screw.Once this is done, simply unhook gently starting from the top and then moving down towards the bottom.I removed both bands and used silicone sealant on the area but didn't see any benefits.I taped off the top of the windshield where the roof is and the wind noise is still there. At this point I believe it is a problem with the door seals, as I have already found in the Peugeot 308 and especially in the DS4, also assembled in Russelsheim.I continue to believe that our Astra suffers from serious problems of very poor quality control which is equally reflected in the DS4.What the hell happened in Germany? The previous K, assembled in Poland, had far fewer defects...I'll take the car to the dealership, for the umpteenth time.Honestly, it's unacceptable to me that a vehicle costing almost 40 thousand euros has these trivial problems, especially since the previous K, despite some assembly flaws, didn't have any.

Sometimes I use a translator because my German is a bit rusty! I was talking about the widget system that we can select within the infotainment system.
