also ich habe meinen neuen Astra Sports Tourer im Februar bekommen und hatte vom ersten Kilometer Windgeräusche an der A Säule auf der Beifahrerseite. Ich hatte die Frontscheibe oder die Türgummis in Verdacht. Da habe ich direkt meinen Opel Händler kontaktiert. In meinem Fall das Autohaus Schwarzkopf in Amberg. Beim ersten Termin wurde vom Meister meine Empfindung bestätigt und es wurde eine Audioaufnahme gemacht und an Opel geschickt. Dann habe ic20250523184259~2.jpg20250523184308~2.jpgh mein Auto erstmal wieder mitgenommen und der Händler hat viele Mails und Telefonate mit der Qualitätsabteilung von Opel geführt. Für den Astra L ist bei Opel tatsächlich ein Problem mit Windgeräuschen gelistet. Die gehen allerdings vom Türgummi aus, deswegen haben die auch noch keine Lösung. Und jetzt wird es richtig interessant, mein Händler und die Qualitätsabteilung haben das Problem gefunden !!! Es sind die Abdeckleisten rechts und links an der Frontscheibe. Der Meister vom Autohaus Schwarzkopf hat alle Astra Probe gefahren die zur Verfügung standen, alle hatten dieses Geräusch einige sogar noch lauter als bei mir. Diese Abdeckleisten gehen bis unter die Motorhaube und ein Schlitz von einem halben Millimeter reicht aus für die Geräusche. Die Lösung: eine Dichtmasse oder Silikon am Anfang der Leisten und das Geräusch ist weg. Bei mir ein Erfolg von 100%. Auf den Bildern ist die Lösung. Das können die meisten wahrscheinlich sogar selber machen.

Ist es schwierig, die beiden Streifen zu entfernen? Wo wurde Dichtmittel verwendet?

Ich habe einen Test mit dem Luftkompressor gemacht: Ich habe Luft auf die Dichtungen der Vordertüren und der Windschutzscheibe geblasen.Ergebnis? Aus dem Fahrzeuginneren pfeift es in Richtung Rückspiegel und den beiden Windschutzscheibenstreifen …Ich glaube, ich muss es meinem Händler zeigen.Kann ich wirklich schlechte Qualitätskontrolle sagen?Zuerst das Dach neu lackieren, dann die BSRF-Antenne und jetzt wahrscheinlich ein Windschutzscheibenersatz...So viel zum Thema „Made in Germany“!

Ist das die Schraube, die du dort siehst, wo die Fronthaube ist? Werden die da quasi reingeschraubt und dann zusammengesteckt?
