Hallo zusammen,

also ich habe meinen neuen Astra Sports Tourer im Februar bekommen und hatte vom ersten Kilometer Windgeräusche an der A Säule auf der Beifahrerseite. Ich hatte die Frontscheibe oder die Türgummis in Verdacht. Da habe ich direkt meinen Opel Händler kontaktiert. In meinem Fall das Autohaus Schwarzkopf in Amberg. Beim ersten Termin wurde vom Meister meine Empfindung bestätigt und es wurde eine Audioaufnahme gemacht und an Opel geschickt. Dann habe ic20250523184259~2.jpg20250523184308~2.jpgh mein Auto erstmal wieder mitgenommen und der Händler hat viele Mails und Telefonate mit der Qualitätsabteilung von Opel geführt. Für den Astra L ist bei Opel tatsächlich ein Problem mit Windgeräuschen gelistet. Die gehen allerdings vom Türgummi aus, deswegen haben die auch noch keine Lösung. Und jetzt wird es richtig interessant, mein Händler und die Qualitätsabteilung haben das Problem gefunden !!! Es sind die Abdeckleisten rechts und links an der Frontscheibe. Der Meister vom Autohaus Schwarzkopf hat alle Astra Probe gefahren die zur Verfügung standen, alle hatten dieses Geräusch einige sogar noch lauter als bei mir. Diese Abdeckleisten gehen bis unter die Motorhaube und ein Schlitz von einem halben Millimeter reicht aus für die Geräusche. Die Lösung: eine Dichtmasse oder Silikon am Anfang der Leisten und das Geräusch ist weg. Bei mir ein Erfolg von 100%. Auf den Bildern ist die Lösung. Das können die meisten wahrscheinlich sogar selber machen.

Ist es schwierig, die beiden Streifen zu entfernen? Wo wurde Dichtmittel verwendet?

Wie man aber auf den Bildern sieht ist die Leiste nur gesteckt bzw vielleicht eine Schraube unten. Die Dichtmasse ist ungefähr Haselnuss groß am Anfang, siehe Bilder. Auf jeden Fall auf beiden Seiten machen, auch wenn das Geräusch nur auf einer Seite ist. Viel Erfolg.

I'm dropping my car off at my garage to have the four door trims containing the window seal replaced.I don't think these could be the cause of the wind noise that comes distinctly from the A-pillar area. They will also check the door tolerances for me to make adjustments.I will point out to him the solution adopted by the dealer of using insulation under the two windshield moldings.Could it be that the two moldings are not sealing properly and are causing the noise?

Hello, I think the two windshield cover strips are almost always the problem with Astras. My dealer test-drove about 10 Astras, and all of them had the noise. Some more, some less. According to the specialist at Stellantis, it depends on the manufacturing tolerances. Sealing the strips will probably solve the problem. It's better to have more sealant than too little. A lot helps a lot in this case. I wish you the best of luck.

According to the Stellantis expert, the air is drawn in at the beginning of the strip and travels upwards through the A-pillar. The sealing material at the bottom stops this. See image. Unfortunately, I can't hear the noise in the video.
